We have several CyberPower UPS . For some reason 3 out of 8 restart on power loss / fluctuation. Instead of keeping the servers up and running, they just reboot. Other 5 work just fine. Restarts are happening with 2 different models ( 3 UPSs overall) . Load is less than 25% on each.
