Most of the rides are out west (for obvious reasons), but this year, they released the MABDR, the first on the east coast. WebI'd say the facebook group for the MABDR, but they are anti-4wd these days. I'd check with Central PA Overland Group on FB for the PA section and hit me up and I can update you on the VA/WV portions. Traffic will be weather dependent and the closer you get to spring/summer the higher the traffic volume will be.
