WebbI just had to share how I managed this to FIX this "Administrator blocked" issue. To preface, I bought the entire sims 2 collection in disc form via CEX last week. I got to freetime before I experienced this issue. I have been up all night downloading the games so this was annoying to say the least and I tried everything the internet suggested.
