WebEdit: I figured it out. You need to SKETCH a centerline not user the center line feature in the drawing tab. Dimensioning to the sketched c'line lets you change the dimension to a diameter in the "Leaders" tab. I would sketch some points or lines on the model cross section, then add dimensions on those items. This is a workaround for DWGs. WebRight click the dimension > Display Options > Uncheck Center Dimension. Then in your tree on the left choose the Leaders Tab and click the box that says "Foreshorten".
