When I was paper trading futures in TOS, fills were immediate when the price was reached, not FIFO. That is why I went elsewhere (OEC) for my futures sim education.

If the scan requires a large amount of their resources there will be a slow compilation. If it runs at high demand times, it will timeout w/ errors.
